REEVA Silent soft silicone earplugs take the edge off the noise around you, without the pressure of foam plugs. Four ear tip sizes are included, from XS to L, because an earplug only works when it seals properly. And many people need a different size in each ear.

Start with M. If you still hear a lot, the seal isn't complete, so try one size up. If you feel pressure, go one size down. It's completely normal to need a different size in each ear.

Gently pull the top of your ear up and back to open the ear canal, then insert the earplug with a slight twist until it sits snugly. To take it out, twist slowly to release the seal instead of pulling straight out.

No earplug blocks everything, and that's a good thing. Silent reduces noise enough to turn most disruptive sounds into background noise, while you can still hear what's around you.

Most people do, but it will sound quieter. Turn your alarm up a notch on the first night, or test it on a day when oversleeping isn't a problem.

The silicone is soft and doesn't expand like foam, so there's no building pressure in your ear. If they feel uncomfortable, try a smaller ear tip.

Rinse them with water and wipe them with a damp cloth. Let them dry completely before you store them. Don't use chemicals or sharp objects.
